Quality improvement of biomarker assessment in breast cancer
There are major differences within and between pathology laboratories in determining histologic grading of breast cancer. This is one of the important findings of Carmen van Dooijeweert's research on improving the quality of the assessment of biomarkers in breast cancer. Carmen received her doctorate on this subject at Utrecht University on September 29.
